“have known Erris for 30 years, since we worked together at US Trust Company. She was always a pleasure to work with and to be around. She is hard working, smart, diligent and extremely caring. There is a positivity and energy about Erris that makes you feel good! Over the years, we became friends and I am so glad we did! When Erris told me she had become a life coach, I truly couldn’t think of a better calling for Erris! Anyone who gets to work with her (and maybe become friends too) is LUCKY!”

SPECIAL AREA OF INTEREST
Imposter Syndrome is a form of cognitive bias and self-doubt that leads to negative mental health repercussions. It is characterized by a fear of being discovered as an imposter who is faking intelligence or competency. Attributing success to external factors such as luck, rather than ability or proficiency are the hallmarks of these difficult to navigate emotions. These feelings can surface at all stages of a career and can be especially difficult for women, neurodivergent and marginalized individuals.
